I have been diagnosed with the following (past)

-ADHD

-Manic Depressive

And I've been tested or assessed in regards to Bipolar II disorder, Multiple personalities disorder, and various other things.

Currently I have an IEP and I am labelled with being Emotionally Disturbed and "Other Health Impaired".

I experience severe mood swings, paranoia, my vision blacks out randomly, I've been medicated for minor anxiety attacks, and have a horrible short term memory. I wear glasses, and was raised by a single mother up until the beginning of middle school. My childhood was rocky, but is still something I remember fondly in some parts. I'm on birth control, and am currently taking no other medication of any sort. I am a highschool dropout and am currently working on my GED. Physically, I seem to be in good shape.
