Triggers of Asthma :started smoking, working in a textiles mill,grandparent was treated for asthma when teenager.

Treartment had for asthma: Salbutamol inhaler, seretide inhaler (purple) also stroids in tablet form from time to time.

Hospital Admittions: Various addmissions for ten years where had attack and been kept in for 5 to 7 days. Dec 08: admitted due to attack was eventually induced into coma as struggeling tpo breath on own. in hospital 24 days.

Triggers for mental Health conditions: In late teens i experimented with cannabis. may also be genetic as biological grangma adopted my biological mother who also had postnateldepression with my elder brother. STRESS is big triggor at present.

Past medication for mental Health issues:Olanzapine,Rispiridal,Zopiclone,abilify,seroxat,many other antidepressesnts but forgot.

Current Medication:Citalapram,quietpine-200-300mg,zopiclone7.5 as prn

Hospital Admissions: 1998 dec~Priestly unit for 1 month / 2001feb sectioned
