I have a history of musculoskeletal disorders, due to congenital factors, overuse, and injury.  They include de Quervain's syndrome, trigger finger, rotator cuff tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, chondromalasia and carpal tunnel syndrome.  I also have idiopathic hypertrophy of the gastrocnemius and soleus muscles.

I have a history of depression with bipolar features, and am on psychiatric medications.

I am clinically obese and have a history of eating disorders and hypoglycemia.

I have sleep apnea and am C-PAP intolerant. I have a dental device but rarely use it due to discomfort.

One pregnancy age 41, one C-section, age 42.

I have had an anaphylactic reaction to Sulfa.
