After spending approximately 12 years in the British Army my body has been put through a number of extremes both in environmental conditions to extremes of physical limitations.  Due to this reason I have suffered from micro fractures in my left kness in addition to ACL tears for which I have had a number of operations to try and rectify the situation.  My right knee has ACL tears caused from a skiing accident.

As a child I suffered badly with hayfever until I grew out of it. I occassionally suffer from cold sores.

I am currently in good health and exercise on a regular basis.
